Can't login?? I think its IP

I'm having trouble logging in, i keep getting the error message "failed to connect to front server". I've looked around the forums and I looked at the IPs and they don't match, if that's what's causing my problem, how do i fix it?

Are you connecting to the "Play Game" tab found here?

You'll need to log in normally and then keep the page up for a minute or two, then try and get into the game. ^^

Yeah I tried that, still not working. I cant figure out what's wrong besides maybe IP

What happened when you tried to log-in on the "Play Game" tab exactly?  Is it just not letting you into the game or are you able to log-in on there?

I can log in, in the tab, but when i try to play the game i get the error message

Oh! I see... You can then try;


- Enable cookies
- Clear caches
- Clear browser history
- Use a different browser  (This fixes most problems) c:

Okay! Your IP address is probably causing the problem.

Check for any proxy connections that would cause your IP addresses on the login tab and on your game to be different from one another. You can use this website provided here for help;  WhatIsMyIP.com!

I've already disabled proxies, the IPs are still different

The problem could be because of your IP is different from the one your game is using.

Since they are different IPs, your game cannot recognize the one you are using and is probably causing the error.

Try switching your Internet IP to your Game IP or change your games IP to your own.

I do not know how IPs work, so maybe this MIGHT help if you can do it.
