Feralheart download not working on Dell Windows laptop

As you can see, i have been here for a while. i had a mac and i couldn't play on that either now that i got a windows ive been excited to play.. but it wont work either? Help! Also, here is a more detailed explanation of what is goi ng on. So, i downloaded the full version of feral heart. I opened the folder and it says this, "Feralheart.exe has stopped working.
A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
well, no notifications, is a solution available?

Well, it was downloaded in This PC, and then in the Feralheart folder, sorry I'm really bad with tech

Hmn, you could try checking for duplicate files in your "Particles" folder ex;
"fire.particle" has a fire.particle_[1]. You only need one of each. If there's a duplicate it will make your game crash. Delete the duplicate file and try again if you've found one!

If you can get to the main screen before it opens try changing your rendering system.
Also, if that doesn't work I would suggest a fresh re-install and make sure you're downloading from the right link here;
