Error that CONTINUES TO BOTHER ME!

As I've posted before but I've got NO ACTUAL HELP.
 
What is my error:
 1. Overbrightness in game play
 
  2. Metallic glow on black areas on one area of a preset
 

 When did this start: Feb 5th 2018
 
 What do i have and what don't i have:
 -Have: A Mac [OSX Sierra 10.12.6]
  -Have: Play On Mac + Play On Mac/Linux FH file (Same Download 1.15)
   -Have: Presets (With Script)
    -Dont Have: ENB
     -Dont Have: Mods
      -Dont Have: Textures
       -Dont Have: OpenGL (SO I CANT CHANGE RENDERINGS)

(Note 1: No i don't have backup of FH files hiding on my computer besides my preset and saved music and texture files which shouldn't effect the game when outside the game folder.)

(Note 2: The brightness is overly bright, I'm unsure how to fix it [I attempted to fix with ENB and other shader mods before i gave up and reverted] and no I'm not missing textures, i can see the textures its just immensely bright to the point where you get a headache a second into gameplay)
