"Failed to connect to map server"- help!

Hi! Every time when I start the game, while map loading, appears message "failed to connect to map server" and I can't play. I tried load map again on many characters but still don't work. Also characters reset don't work. I always have open Play Game tab. Can someone help me with this? I really want to still play FeralHeart.

Double-check the tab menu and make sure your internet isn't having troubles.


Restart computer or re-enable your WiFi(turn it off and then turn it back on).

Internet is alright, restarting computer and wi-fi didn't help

Have you installed any mods recently?

Also, check your Particles folder for any extra .Particles.
Go to C:/FeralHeart > media > particles and search for any .particle file ending with _0, _1, _2, _3, etc.

If you've found any, delete them and try again! <3

1- Try using different browsers.

2- Go to User Panel and set Home to all characters and try to login again.

Yes, I have mods, but I didn't find any extra .Particles.

Which maps did you try to get into?
If one specific map doesn't work, then It might be the server issue.

Seconding this, if it is indeed a server issue you will sadly just have to wait it out my friend, though I'm curious as to if anyone else is experiencing this. Best of luck. <3

Only the Cape of distant worlds and installed maps works, but when I want to come back to Lonely cave it does not work anymore. I don't think it's server issue because I have this problem for a long time
