Help please? Kinda freaking out

So my friend is on his mac and every time he starts FH it says 'Feralheart.exe has encountered a serious problem and must close. This can be caused by a problem in the program or a deficiency in Wine'" Please help!

Any duplicate particles in "FeralHeart/Media/Particles"?

He's since clean reinstalled it but the issue is still there
