Preset help

I uploaded my preset on preset sync but everyone see an toriel preset on my char Dashi.

Is there way to fix it?

I'm getting sick of being called Toriel. it;s annoying. I don't even own a toriel preset

I've seen a Toriel preset on another user, can't say it's the same exact Toriel preset, as I've never seen Dashi looking like Toriel. I've never heard of usernames getting mixed up by Preset Sync before. I know no method of updating Preset Sync, put Dashi's preset into another slot. I feel like I haven't covered all the methods of solving this.

Alright. but i did had a toriel preset once and upload it in preset sync.

It may take a while for the preset to update if it is on the same preset number as a prior preset. ^^ Give it time and it will update on everyone's computers. When I saw you online, I saw you with the preset that is in your current profile picture.
