sky files?? help ?? :0(

so. im making a map for a friend and the sky is really important, i keep doing everything as direction but it keeps saying the file isn't found. im not sure if im like? suppose to move the file in another folder or what but nothing seems to be working. ive made one map in the past before and it worked, but this sky thing is giving me sort of a hassle.

i went to youtube, but there isnt any newer versions of fh that  i can base off of so it doesnt really help
