I'd recommend changing them to some different keys. If you go to Esc > Options > Controls, you can change any of them to a different key (for example, I set mine to have the G key be the default camera, I set the F3 camera to be the H key, etc. but you can change them to any key you wish)
You might be able to press and hold the FN key + any of the F# keys in order to use them as well, though I'm not sure if that varies based on keyboards.
