Preset Sync question

So, there is a preset that I uploaded to the Preset Sync and no longer use. It keeps showing back up in my account and annoying the heck out of me. Is there a way to get rid of it for good?

The only ways I know of are to either replace the preset file or not go in-game for a month (then the sync will automatically remove it)

Suppose I'll just try and come up with a design to replace it with.~

EDIT: The old preset still overwrites the new, but I'll try some other things.

Yeahhh, the sync takes a while to update files, there's not much else to do unfortunately
