Depends whether or not you want a free one. There aren't many good free ones out there anymore, sadly. I never had any luck with trying and installing Windows Movie Maker, but you can try.

Here are some free-trials of ones that I hear and see good things from
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
VEGAS Pro

I wish I could be more help. >_<;;

Here are some free ones, that I am unsure the quality of. But a few videos of which one
you like should help you decide

I personally like Windows Movie Maker. Its simple, clean, and effective if you know how to use it
well.

I would recomment trying Win. Movie maker, it's free and very easy to use. (for starters)
I use it and it's not bad, but it has its limitations when it comes to use of effects.
Here are some other good editors:

Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Camtasia Studio

I use that videosoft one, it's a bit of a struggle but i suspect it has potential.
The Japanese concept of wabisabi:
The closest concept in english would be 'rustic'
They might have an old thing, one example is a favourite bowl or dish, it's broken, pieces are missing, why fix it?  With gold and pieces from other dishes?
"Because it was my favourite & I like it"
