Game Closing Randomly After Login

Asking for a friend.

Every time after it says "request accepted, sending login..." the character screen shows up, then the whole game just closes randomly?

She downloaded the new version, then she downloaded it again because she couldn't see the new maps, and all this happened after she reinstalled the second time.

Try removing all components of your old game and then reinstalling the update, I had the same problem, the update wasn't rewriting over my old files!
