I can't find Kibou Ridge?

Well, there should be a new map called Kibou Ridge, I just can not find it! I even looked at a map guide and went to the place where it should be, but nothing! Can I somehow update FH or something to see it? If so, then how?

Please help, I'd love to see it. I see the rock that the entrance is supposed to be on, but it's just not there

I probably did something wrong. It didn't go well, now when I try to open it, there pops up some random setting- like text, I press the OK button, it starts to open normally, but then throws me out before I even get to the password typing part...
