One thing you might want to check is to make sure you deleted you INF folder.

Also, make sure you didnt put the readme.txt from baby animals into the minecraft.jar. That can cause lots of black-screening.

Oh yeah and I dont know when you got mo' creatures and baby animals but they didnt update to 1.7.3 till recently, so make sure you have the 1.7.3 compatible versions.

Hmmm...I'm not sure if I did that or not. I don't think I did.

I got them a few days ago, people were saying the the thread that they were working with 1.7.3 or whatsit. I guess they were wrong O_o

I'll try downloading them again and then try modding the game again.

1.7.3 is nothing more than bug fixes really, there don't need to be updates to mods. All my mods worked fine from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3, except when I reinstalled to see if I coiuld get moods working and forgot to delete the META INF file >///>

Since I got Minecraft working again, have some screenies:





The Treehouse I "grew". The only bad thing is, if mobs wander underneath it. Spiders especially since they can climb up stuff.

I also downloaded a new mod that's rather Jurassic Park like. It's still a mod in it's "baby" stages, but it looks pretty good so far. The mod adds in a new Fossil block that gives you fossils and ancient tablet things, which you then Analyse and put into a "cultivator". Fossils and other stuff will be produced :B

Young raptors. These guys are tame and won't hurt you. Unless you hurt them according to the mod's description.


Baby Triceratops. Which then grow up into...


Adult Triceratops that are massive |D. They also come in a few other colours. But I'm not sure what they are. Yellow is one I think. Equius is also wearing a helmet that comes with the mod. There's also a sword. It sets mobs on fire and turns pigs into Pigmen.


Baby T Rex. These guys are shy when they're "little" but when they grow up they are incredibly hostile. It also states that they are able to break blocks weaker than iron D8

And one day I decided to blow a huge hole in the ground with TNT.

And then blew up some lava. This may or may not have resulted in me dying.

  I want that mod as well! I have seen it before, and was really thinking of downloading it, but I forgot to add it to my faves bar so i could go back and actually download it when I had the chance. I must download it now!

It actually updates almost every day O_o ironing out little bugs and tweaking the mod. There's the odd huge update every now and then. Like the T Rex being added in was a day or so ago or something.
But I generally only update it if it's a big update |D

I keep downloading mods to keep me playing XD I don't know if that's good or bad |D
