Help with website & Account creating

Hello, I have a few questions!

1. What does it mean by 'session'?
My partner and I both tried making accounts (Different laptops and emails, etc etc), but after I made my own, FeralHeart's website kept telling him he already used a session??

2. We tried numerous emails of his to figure out if he DID have an account prior. However, to no avail, the website said "Oops Somthing went wrong.
Please go back and try again." ...

Help?

From what I remember, if you try to make an account and it doesn't work and you refresh it and try again, it will say ''already used a session.''

But i'm not completly sure. I do remember seeing that before.

Within a certain amount of time [said session], you can only create one account. Due to this, you'll have to wait some time for him to create his. This is so that on a certain IP, only one account can be made within a specific span of time.

As suggested in-game, I'd try creating the account on a different device. That's what I had to do for my bf when he was trying to join in on my "furry game..." xD
Think this problem was solved anyhow since we ended up meeting your partner, yes? c:
