Password doesn't work, changed it twice.

Hi there. I tried logging into FH with my account (hyenaz is the account, if that helps) and I tried logging in, to no avail. I knew the password was correct, and ended up retyping it until I got banned.
After fifteen minutes, I sought help on the big help thread, and followed the directions, changing my password.
No dice, so I did it again.
I still can't get into my account. I know that I can simply make a new account, which I am willing to do; I just don't want to remake my characters, you know? It's completely okay if that is what I will have to do; I was just wondering in case there's something I'm missing.

Did you log out with caps on? It has happened to me once

Was your password really long or really short?


you can also reset your password in your account settings on the forum instead of making a new account.

I don't remember if i logged out with caps on, but i'll try to log in that way
I think each of them are about 8 characters, none too long or too short
i tried resetting it here :C
