actually i figured out instead i intalled the last patch i installed the version 1.5 to 1.6 but didnt work it crashed at logging in

try uninstalling the game then reinstalling it then install the patch that worked for me

Every time I try to load a character (actually all I've done is press edit), the game crashes on me. Is this something that can be fixed? If not, what am I supposed to do?

hmmmmmmm well tell me what settings are your FH options on for exaple is it openGL or Direct3D9?
and other options and all full screen ect etc
