Unsubscribing from threads

Unsubscribing would make it so that new posts in a thread you posted in doesn't show in your "Show new replies to your posts." This can be helpful if you do not intend to post in that thread anymore, but others still do. Threads like that can clutter up your new replies very easily, so this would help.

You can already do this by clicking "Unnotify" by the other options at the top of the thread post. =)

I can't do that on the threads I have replied to. The really old forum games that I don't play anymore still pop up in my "new replies to your posts" and there is no unnotify button. I think I suggested something like this years ago too.

Have you gone into your profile options and unnotified it there as well?

Profile > Modify Profile > Notifications

You can also, before you post, under the text area click "Attachmens and other options" and uncheck "Notify me of replies."
