Hi! I'm an old time player who recently decided to return to Feral Heart, and have thus downloaded the game today. But to my dismay, I got a very strange message coming from avast when I tried to log in. The application opened just fine, but when I put in my credentials and clicked the log in button, Avast detected something called "idp.generic" coming from Feral Heart's .exe file.

At first I thought it might've had to do with the Legendary Markings/Items packs I had downloaded, so I uninstalled both and then tried again after uninstalling then reinstalling Feral Heart, only to be met with the same virus message. Is this a false positive? Have other members experienced similar things?

I really hope the direct download link provided by these forums wasn't infected :(

It's actually a common thing for antivirus protections to block FeralHeart, as a majority of users have ran into this. It's usually because the game is not from a licensed author/download hence it'll say "Unknown" when you go to download the game. You'll have to turn the virus protection off or list FeralHeart under the do not block type of thing - not sure how it may be for Avast since I have Malwarebytes and only had to disable it to download + set up FeralHeart.
