Username contains bad symbols

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Denny, and I was on the game last night on the account Denio before switching over to my other account Vapor to work on a group.  I logged out on the website and re-logged in on the 'play game' tab for the new account and it said, "Username contains bad symbols".  I restarted my computer and even tried running as an administrator to see if it would work.  It didn't.

So I logged out of the play game tab and the website and left it alone.  I just tried to go on again and it said the same exact thing.  I'm not sure what's going on?  I just wanna play the game (:

Try changing your username.

I changed the both of them and it didn't work :/  Do I have to wait a certain time period before I go on after I change it?

Did you install the new patch? I'm assuming yes, but that could be an issue. Also, if you use any numbers (username and password) make sure you don't use the numberpad on the side.

The game has been working fine since I got the new patch.  There's no numbers or anything in my usernames and passwords so I'm not quite sure what's going on.  I can try changing them again and see what happens.

If that doesn't help, send a DM out to one of the mods in training. They can check out the user and password and could possibly fix the issue or give you a better fix! Keep us updated

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, at least for the feral-heart.com domain.
