No it doesnt. our version is 1.17, but that one is for 1.15. thanks for the help though! (ive downloaded it before and it didnt work)

The portals might just be really difficult to see!
Downloading a portal skin, or even just walking along the edge, might help! (The name will come up at the top of the screen when you're near a portal)
