For a good few years, I've played this game. I had to stop playing for a while due to college, but neither my computer nor my internet changed. With the whole virus thing going on, I finally had the time to get on again after almost a year of being absent, only to find that the server refuses to connect at all. I've been playing this game for a very long time, moving accounts when I regrettably had issues with another player, just so I could keep enjoying the game. Now, while it has died off in activity, there's still aspects to it that make it very enjoyable, so I'm fairly upset that even when I am logged in on the "play game" tab, it tells me that it can't connect to server. I try logging in a few more times and the message changes, telling me to update the game. Surprised and hopeful, I looked in the "download" tab and I tried to download the 1.17a file and it gave me a stream of error messages about not finding the necessary files. Tried deleting all my feralheart files and redownloading, nothing changed. I'm really disappointed.
Couldn't find where to post this since I rarely use the forum, and the "Help" link on the top of the page was extremely unhelpful, so I'm sorry if this was the wrong place to post this. I was wondering if there was anything I'm missing that could help me, or at least explain why the game isn't working anymore on the same computer and internet it used to work perfectly fine on? Please help if you can, if not, I'm afraid of not being able to play at all anymore.
