To keep things a bit organized... If you have many favorites or just a couple in each category, sort your favorites by head, body, and tail like this:
Head: Cheetah, scales, tongue, and inner ear
Body: Scales again, anything with stripes or spots, and half-dragon
Tail: You're probably getting tired of seeing scales, aren't you? Anyway, husky, spotted hyena, and the snake ones
