Maybe somewhat of an underground tunnel leading to a medium sized underground room as a nursery, with some ferns and brush in there for comfort? Also maybe a small little playground in the nursery room as well for the cubs/pups?

SOme kind of sacred underground cave where the spirits cant  get to them because of a spell proctecting them, and some kind or temple for ceremonies like weddings or births :D
