Need help with new maps

I installed it and opened Fh the portal was there but when i entered it every thing froze and i already reinstalled it 5 times each time it freezes Please help me .

Try exporting the map again... If that doesn't work, you're going to have to make a new map ;_; It's happened to me before; I think it's a problem with the meshes or missing files, but I'm not entirely sure...

Usually The problem is fixed By Saving The Map Under A New Name, Add Numbers If You Must And Export That

Well yeah try what above users said and just to make sure that you know how to get your characters back. If you don't know then look at the tutorial below.
