Can a user be banned for making "Trap maps"?

It seems like a kind of funny thing to make, but in all honesty I would think they should be reported and held accountable. It's really not a nice thing to do, and having to go and download a map only to be tricked into a trap is incredibly annoying and a waste of time. I really wouldn't want to see this become a popular thing, so putting a stop to it now would be a good idea imo.

Well, yeah, it's not a nice thing. That's why I posted what I did. I'm not going to be rude or anything, but if they are rude, which in this case it would be, then it is on.

If the best way they can spend their time is by making trap maps and laughing at other users, then they're hardly worth talking to. Much less spending time with. It'll be a wonder when they don't have any friends.

People all laughing at someone doesn't seem like a good joke, it's only fun for them then.
They may be overrating, but some people are sensitive. In any case, this shouldn't be done, joke or not.

Their map was nothing but a hole. It happened a couple days before your map incident, which I'll admit spurred this thread, however Your map was at least a map, I only fell in your river, but you DID have a real map there. Theirs was a hole with the entrance behind a tree halfway up the hole, and they came on the map and made fun of me with a friend.

At least your was an accident (if not it could be passed as one)

Theirs was obviously a trap.

Edit: I'll also admit I did over-react to your map, I had a rough day and the fact you said right out said it was a troll BEFORE saying you were sorry and just kidding and would fix the map kind of irked me. Really I'm not mad about that, and sorry if I offended you.
