By help, are you meaning with the controls and all? If yes, if you have wings (or any other equipment) and want to fly, press the key 'E', when wanting to rise press the key 'R', and when wanting to fall press the key 'F', if you want to speed up rather then run at a normal in-game pace press 'E' (without wings or any other equipment), for head track press the 'Left Alt' key (if on a MacBook press the key 'Command'), to auto-run press the key 'Q' (helps a lot), to sit press 'Z' (you can change the letters anytime), to stand press 'X', to walk press the 'Left Shift' key but you also need to press the 'Q' key and hold onto the 'Left Shift' key, to crouch press the 'Left Control' key (easy), and if you ever want to F3 someone just press the F1, F2, F3, etc. keys (again, if on a mac you need to access the option setting in-game 'esc>options>controls>cam first person mode/cam fixed mode/ cam free [/color]mode/cam chase mode' and change the 'F1/F2/F3/F4' keys into letter keys).
