Could you make me a fully clothed, pink, yellow and baby-blue wolf that floats on a magic cloud? Yes, you knew that was a joke, did you not? But could you by any chance make a wolf, with glowing blue wings, eyes and splatters along its body? It would be nice if you could have this symbol on its left flank, and a glowing blue mane :

I used this: How to Upload and Download custom maps . it has the download for Winrar and everything.

There's not alot of information given, here. all I know is that you want blue wings and an unknown coloured splattered wolf with the chinese symbol for strengh on his left side. you have to admit- there's alot of variables there. Black wolf with rainbow coloured splatters? purple and green? I don't know- you didn't say.
