Can't log in?

So.. Yeah.
I can log in here on the site, but when I go to log in to the actual game it says incorrect password or some junk like that and that I'll be banned for 15 minutes if I miss it more than 5 times.
I've tried logging out of the site and logging in there and everything.
Must I change my password then try again?
or just make a whole other account?
