I can understand you get frustrated over the group dissapearing, but if you actually have a site for it, why don't you get it touch with them there again? Cause if that poofs it's not really FH related.
The removal is group is linked to an ingame bug, and it can happen to anyone. It needs fixing, but not everyone can just flick their wand and it's working as it should.
You do not have to remake your group every week, to be really honest, it barly happen to some of us. I can't say I know this for certain, but I do believe it's linked to ingame crashes you get, and when you try to get back on seconds after a crash, you loose your group because of the server not keeping up which client to give the info for. That or some other communication problem.
We can't fix this issue. The only one that possibly can is kov, and I don't think it will be sorted anytime soon.
