If you have working portals for em.
You need to export all of the maps.
This will give you the .fhm files and .fho files etc inside the exports folder. You need to zip all of the files down together with potential material that you used for the maps such as custom meshes.
You do this by marking the files you want to zip, then right click and choose "send to" then zip archive.
Once you have ALL the files you need to run the maps in a zip. Upload it it a site like sendspace or mediafire. Then give the link to your friends so they can download it.
Once they have the files downloaded they need to extract the zipped folder, and then place ALL the files you sent them in the correct place.
If it's an exported file it goes into exports. If it's a mesh it goes into my_objects. Such things,
