OK, the feral heart game, itself, won't let me log in. I made sure that everything was right, and it said "accepting" but then said "either username or password is incorrect." I don't know what's going on at all, I'm new to this.

The uasername/password is incorrect. Make sure CAPSLOCK isn't on, and make sure your registered.

  DOn't use the num pad, FH can't pick up the num pad. Only use the numbers that sit above the letters.

It is also possible that your username is simply too long, so it cuts of the end of it.
