How can you make custom objects?
« on: July 09, 2011, 04:59:04 am »
Alright: I've been looking for tutorials on how to make custom objects on here. Either they don't exist or I suck at searching. I've heard you use something called OGRE Blender, in which I can't find and don't know how to use. Can anyone out there help me make my objects? :( And/or get me to someplace where there are offering custom objects I can look at? Pretty please? I'll give you a magical fish!!!! *nuzzle*

Now, I'm not saying this is the ultimate answer, but when I wanted to make some objects all I could figure out how to do was edit the existing objects to get kindda what I had in mind. Then I just saved them as my own creations. They aren't the best but hey, until I can figure out better. They'll do. :P

I use this website: http://wombat.worldforge.org/dir?path=3d_objects The materials are stupid b/c the dont work right, but the meshes are amazing! Just make sure when your downloading, that its a .mesh file, not .3ds!

Try to Google:
AC3D
That program (in my opinion) is easier.
