Dukepelt noticed Pawfeather's tail signal, and stopped instantly. Pinefur had taken a moment to notice and they both gave each other a glance. He looked to Pawfeather and quickly sniffed the air, hoping for a solution. "I'm... not sure. I smell something though." he replied calmly.
Again he looked at Pinefur, who was still looking at him. Dukepelt's white neck and face gave a nod to Pinefur and the brown tom looked over to Pawfeather again.

"-Will I find you again?"

Pawfeather silently stood still, the sound of birds chirping made both ears twitch. The she-cat rogue's crystal blue eyes blinked, before hearing Dukepelt speak "Hrmm. Let's just follow the scent then" She grunted. The Turkish Van minx began stalking off once more, as a crunching sound came beneath her pink pawpads. Yes, Pawfeather didn't notice the nodded glance between Pinefur and Dukepelt; but it didn't mean nothing... Right?.

As Pawfeather spoke, his eyes blinked 3 times and he listened closely. Observing her by her voice. She didn't sound happy. But it didn't matter, he was going to tell Pawfeather anyway. "Pawfeather, Is this a good time? to..." he paused his speaking and kept walking. "...Tell you what happened to Windwhisper?" Dukepelt asked calmly. Lately he's been sounding nervous.
Dukepelt hadn't remembered, he's never told Pawfeather that Mosspaw got a new name. He might have, but if so, he obviously can't remember that either.

"-Will I find you again?"

As Pawfeather was stalking away into the unknown territory, her dark gray ears twitched as Dukepelt spoke. Narrowing her crystal blue slitted eyes, her pearly white teeth was gritted together "Good time? There is no such thing as agood time" The silver domesticated female hissed with annoyance. Waiting a few, quiet moments " Windwhisper? Who in the name of StarClan is she?" Pawfeather meowed.

Pawfeather's hiss made him flinch for a second, but he hid it well. Finally it occurred to him that he never told her. His tail flicked twice and he tilted his head to the left a tiny bit. "Windwhisper is your daughter! Mosspaw." he replied happily.
He didn't stop to give a chance to reply. "When me, flower and Mosspaw to left Clawclan territory the first time, we were meeting a rogue clan to fight against-" he stopped to think about replacing the names of two former Clawclan members. "Uh... Well we just went to fight against some enemies. A dark character. For a weird reason, this rogue clan depended on Mosspaw to kill this she-cat." He stopped to remember. "and she won! She... just won! So... when we left, their clan need Mosspaw to come back. But we put you first." He looked at Pawfeather and pulled is left ear back. "So, when Clawclan disbanded. During the night Mosspaw left us and went to that rogue clan." He looked ahead of him and smiled "Joining the rogue clan, yes it's bad... But she's become their deputy. Even though she's still and apprentice, I'm just so proud of her." There was a pause once more "I just needed to tell you at some point"

The female rogue was silently listening to Dukepelt, even though she'd shown no intrest as he mentioned Mosspaw. Twitching her left ear, her crystal blue optics was staring off into the distance with no emotion glittering within them. Pawfeather grunted as he stopped at 'against' half-knownly which two cats Duke was speaking about, giving her tail a flash; almost from fright as a large bird took off from some trees that shadowed them, frowning with annoyance. The Turkish Van mix paused, before moving once more. Pawfeather's dark gray ears were perked up, if she'd heard something.

Growling. The feminine didn't know how to answer to Dukepelt's story positively "Hrm. Let's hope she doesn't ran into Secret and his group, hes already took four of my lives. We'll find ourselves fighting our own kin at some point before we die" The she-cat spat, his moonlight fur bristling with utter angry.
