Having issues with downloading a preset

I am having trouble with downloading a preset that someone made for me. I dont know what i'm doing wrong-- I put one file in Presets like i'm supposed to and I put it in My Presets (Preset folder 2), but it's still not working.

If they made it FOR you then they should be sending you images and a material file.

im having that same prob. I got the LakeSong.rar file ( preset for me ) and i extracted files into a .zip thingy and got ALL of da files and the files are a preset_2head so i put them in 'Presets' but i think maybe i should put them in Preset_2 Folder >.<

They mus to into your  My_presets folder, and with the number of preset. So if it says preset_2 then u put it all into ur Preset 2 Folder
