terrain mask

How mant terrains can you add in your terrain mask?
so in fact, how many colours can you use? only 3 or more?
(just wanting to know for  maybe future map XD)

You can have only 3 colors, but you can have 2 terrain masks.

Just use 2 masks to mark the ground textures, BUT the masks may not overlap! Means, everything what is on mask 1 have to be transparent on mask 2, and the other way round.
