Can't login?

Hello everyone, I'm new to the game (:.

I've got a problem with it tho, when I start up Feral Heart and I want to log in, it keeps saying my username/PW are wrong. But i filled them in correctly :/..

Anyone knows the solution for this?

are you really sure you did? The pw is capital sensitive, and also, you can't use the numpad if you have numbers in the password, it will just go blank there.

Try using the numbers above the rest of the letters in that case.


If you try this and still no luck, I'd suggest you making a new account, without any special symbols or signs. Just letters from a-z

Uhm its not letting me login etheir I have no numbers or special symbols but do spaces make a diffrence?

If you're saying Spaces in your PW, then maybe try changing your password? I dunno if that'd work, but like Red mentioned previously, if it doesn't work, make a new account with no spaces or special characters :3
