Other people unable to see presets?

So i created this preset, exported it and gave the download to my freinds but when they downloaded it they said they could not see my preset. Help please!

Did you gave them the fhp file? And did they put it in the presets folder?

Ok then. It seems to be a glitch or something. A friend of mine have same problem, and another friend have same problem on her other account :3
