I kind of agree with this, depending on how many characters she has. My friend used to have WAY too many and could never find a specific character and had to make a second account. Eventually he found a way to delete them all without doing something to his hand.

Reinstalling it should always work, try installing it into Program Files x86 or some other file that isn't the main C: Drive.
(( By the way, this isn't the worst problem ever. It's more like mine is as my message had to be reported to the server master. X_X ))

I have message for this, too.
I have a Dell Intel Windows 7 which means I can't fully edit my connection permissions and garauntee it will work. I have restarted my router and even messed with my modem, I have all my suggested ports open, including ones that allow me to make servers for multiplayer modded video games. I have TRIED using some known ports to login with that might work, 2 of them gave me the same results, 1 didn't work at all.

As I said above, my internet connection is perfect, my latency from me to FH is 60 (Lower than 90 is great) and I have not downloaded or changed anything during that time. Actually, I have been out of the house when this happened. I had just come home and that suddenly happened.

This is kind of strange and has been happening for 4 months now. My friends have been missing me on Feralheart and it's time for me to ask the people with the knowledge.
I normally login, pick a character, and go in.
The map loads and I walk around a while, check my friends list...
But then it just randomly says I have lost connection to the map server. This happens every try, every map, every character, every NEW character and my spare account.
Can ANYONE please help me? This has been happening since RIGHT before 1.0 came out.
EDIT: My connection is great, I have tested my latency AND...
This problem is also happening with the known game, Impressive World. Coincidence?

There is no need to be rude or hostile. The new FH+ download just came out and we're still trying to get caught up on bug fixes. We're just as lost as everybody else and we're trying our best. We're members of the forum, not a tech support team.
I wasn't intentionally trying to be rude OR hostile. I was very peeved off last night and in a bad mood because I was frustrated working on fixing 2 programs at once.

I installed FH+, accidentally overwriting the original FH. I downloaded both again (reinstalling FH+) into a new directory (seprate) and I go to bonfire on FH then I login to FH+. Everything is BLACK except for GUIs, characters, and nametags. I'm really sick of this. Many people have this problem, nobody has the answer. I saw nothing telling me not to post this, do not fight me. I really need help with this.
