We Have You In our Sights (City Wolf/Dog Rp!)

  "Oh not really. But if you want food, follow me." She said waiting for Riley's reply to her. She felt proud that'd she's made a friend, or so she thinks. She  sat up and hoped for Riley to follow her, as she walked away.

"Ok."  -Riley stood up and followed Feather.  Riley acted as if she were a guardian to her new friend.  She kept an eye out around the city for any sight of dogs or wolves.-

  "It's just around the corner." She said. She led Riley to the deli and went inside, and put some meat on the counter, acting as if she wanted to see Riley do a trick.

-Riley smiled for the first time.-  "Thanks."  -The large wolf hybrid stood on her hind legs and grabbed the meat.  She launched herself back and landed on all fours and smiled.-  "That good enough?"  -Her 'trick' wasn't the best, but she didn't even try.  She was too stressed.-  "We had better get back before they come."

  "Yea, it's good." She said. She thought for a minute about the dead wolf in the ally and then nodded.

-Riley peered out of the deli, only to see the same wolf that had chased her earlier.  She pulled her head back in and looked toward Feather.-  "When I say now, run.  Run as fast as you can back to the roof.  I'll distract him."  -Riley took a deep breath.-  "Hide and don't let him see you.  Watch out for other dogs.  And  DON'T get caught.  If you do, I might not be able to be there in time.  Bark, howl, yip anything if you need me.  Other then that, be quiet."  -She closed her eyes and breathed in.  She propelled herself out of the deli and swung her tail end around.  She took a defensive position and stared the wolf right in the eyes.-

  Feather heard Riley and nodded. As she did so, she sat and looked at Riley, hoping she knew what she was doing.

-The black wolf smirked and in the blink of an eye was charging at Riley.-

-Riley growled and quickly ran from the deli.-  "Now!"  -She barked to Feather.  She didn't have the chance to look back to see if she was going.-

-The black wolf lunged and gripped Riley's tail in his mouth.  He tugged at it.-

-Riley growled and whipped around and locked her jaws on the black wolf's muzzle.-

-A loud yelp exited his muzzle.-  "Let go of me."  -A raspy voice entered Riley's ears.-

-The sound of the words made Riley strengthen her bite.-  "Ok."  -She mumbled with a mouthful of snout.  She let go and darted into the woods.  When she was chased by the wolf the day before, she had run in the woods and the wolf disappeared.  She leaped over the log and once again, the wolf vanished.  A loud howl was heard and then the crushing of the leaves.  Riley tilted her head.  She was confused.  The wolf was from the woods.  Was he afraid to go back?  After a few minutes of waiting, Riley traveled deeper into the woods, turned and trotted parallel to the city, and traveled back to the treeline.  She peered into the city streets and saw no animal.  Big paws made light sounds as she jogged quickly back to the dumpster and jumped onto the roof.-
