Well here is something that happened to me, this was recently too

I was minding my own business at Fluorite(L island), playing as a character that was completly white to other people(preset) and an obvious newbie came up to me. This is the conversation:

Person: hi
Me: Herro
Person: why are you white?
Me: I am wearing a preset.
Person: what's a preset?
Me: It's a special character that you can customize by yourself, no in-game markings. Similar to custom markings.
Person: oh, how do I get one?
Me: You don't 'get' one, you make one yourself.
Person: how can I make one?
Me: Go to deviantART.com and type in 'FeralHeart Preset' and you should find a file called something called 'Easy Preset'

Me: Okay
-3 minutes later-
Person: back
Me: Webba
Person: ?
Me: It means welcome back and, did it work?
Person: IDK
Me: Oh
Person: I downloaded it and it didn't work.
Me: Well follow the directions...
