It's never a waste of time to help someone out
There are alot of people that have gone through this problem including me. Only thing is that there always is a different solution. We may have not found the right one out for you yet that's all. But well you could also try deleting the map files and then reinstalling it because sometimes that works and just follow the steps I gave Terrin when you redo it. If the problem continues just let me know and maybe I can get someone who has a bit more experience than me with this kind of tricky problem to help you
