A Standing Chance (Realistic Wolf RP)

     Abyss panted, lungs heaving. As the thunder flashed in her eyes, a couple of masses that were her ribs looked as though they had collapsed. She slowly dragged the moose to her pack, leaving the elk for Nixon and Flaire if they wanted it.
     As soon as she got to the mouth of the cave she winced lightly then fought the pain so that she wouldn't draw the attention of her own pack.
     She gently nudged Alayni. "C'mon... Don't let the fight for the survival of your pack stop here..." She said with a weakened tone in her voice.

Alayni's head was limp as Gretta looked towards Abyss sadness in her eyes she then said "Willsje be alright..?" Worried and whining like a dog, Alayni opened her flash blue eyes, almost surprising everyone as Gretta leaped back with joy and surprise, Alayni put her left paw forward trying to bring her and her weight up, not wanting to worry them Alayni didn't wince however it looked like her back collapsed, as she placed her right paw infront of her and lifting her upper body up but then collapsing on her side again, Alaymi tried again as she placed her left hind paw down onto the ground almost lifting up all of her body weight and herself, Alayni then lifted herself up as Alayni then decided to tell Abyss now when she was about to die, Alayni lifted herself up as she then said "Abyss...I didn't want to say it at t...this time...but w...e are s...sisters." Alayni said faintly.

     Abyss nodded. "Under the moon, yes..." Her eyes seemed faint and lacked emotion. "I was an only child... If I had a true sibling, I would have felt it long ago..."

Alayni then said "I was born at a different place...I knew you were my sister when I saw you..." She struggled to balance herself and say the words.

     Her eyes remained the same. "I know this... But you need to save your strength... Get some rest..."

Alayni then shook her head and said "No I need to protect this pack if it means my life." Her face was emotionless as she struggled to balance herself.

     "It's my job to do that... Yours is to lay down and don't move while Switch helps you... Right now, that is your job..." She began walking to the hill so she could return to her watch over the pack.

Alayni then laid down slowly as she fell asleep.

Switch ruffled his feathers. "Wolves. Sometimes you're the stupidest animals I know." He said and hopped over to Alayni, continuing to tend her wounds. "Hold still." He requested, then realized she was asleep. Slayter returned and dropped the plants. "What did I miss?" He smiled.

Alayni opened her flash blue eyes seeing Slay, her heart sank waiting for her judgement, it was clear that she was trampled by the stampede.
