Im such a Noob! Please help!

Ok so I've downloaded FeralHeart and when I go to sign in using my username and password for this website and then  it says it's incorrect! (trust me, I even typed them both in really slowly!) Can someone pklease tell me what I'm doing wrong or whatever is happening! Thanks!

Some would recommend waiting until registration is open again before registering but I don't know if that's the best option. You should probably contact one of the admin they should be able to help your friend activate his or her account. Use this link to private message one of them  :

Feralheart's usernames have a character limit of 16 characters, if your usernanme (not display name) is over 16 characters then you may have to create a new account.

Maybe when you registered you typed the password you intended to have wrong? Try recover the password. c: Otherwise do what LordSuragaha and Ingredient have suggested. Or do their suggestions first. They seem more logical

That's most likely the problem then, I'm afraid you'll have to wait until registrations open again.

I have the same exact problem as you, I tried to log in and it says it was incorrect but it worked on the forums. You might have to make a new account on FH with a different e-mail and different user and pass... My user is over 16 so I guess that is the problem. So making a new account is the best I can say :I

I guess so.. because I have never had this happen to me and im not really experienced with this kinda thing.

if you have a password that is over 16 characters long, then it makes your account alittle buggy and won't let you in. If you are unable to change it, then I suggest making another account. But only do that when you run out of options

Try clicking on both of these and type in the adress you used to make the account. After doing that it will send your email your username and password. Or, make sure you don't have caps on.
