((o_o Uhhh, Hrmmm. Eh, what the heck. Hurricane it is! -Waves magic wand- ))
Flak craned his neck around to catch Risto's words, immediately able to tell the tom felt pretty awkward. Wow, Risto apologizing to someone? Never thought I'd see the day... He thought to himself, flashing a half smile at the cat as he slunk off uncomfortably. "Where'd that come from?" He wondered aloud, quickly shrugging it off. The wind outside began to howl louder, even to the point where it began to filter into the cave, whipping around in the tight space subtly. Squinting, Flak rose to his paws and crept towards the outside to see what was going on. As he stepped outside, the rain instantly soaked his pelt, the cold wind blowing fiercely through it. "Jeeze." He murmured, eyeing the pitch black clouds above and the raging surf below. Living in this general area for a while, he knew instantly what it was. He glanced at the two outside. "Everyone inside, now." He barked above the howling wind. Before giving them a chance to respond, he turned and trotted hastily back inside. "Everyone get as far back from the entrance as possible." He barked, his drenched pelt sagging with water weight. "This isn't just some storm. It's a hurricane. It'll last long, and have the most viscious winds you'll ever see. It's extremely dangerous so everyone to the back wall. It's the safest spot. Now move!" He growled, his barking echoing through the cave. He glanced over his shoulder to make sure Dusty and Micah had heard him.
Gavroche flinched and sprang to his paws instinctively as a loud crack of thunder shook the cavern. SHaking his head and scolding himself for jumping because of thunder. His ears perked forward at Flak's demanding words and he blew a huff from his nostrils. Maybe now would be a good time. Not like anyone'll care or notice anyway... The pup thought to himself. He sat down on his haunches in the back and waited for those outside to come in, then he'd move. Feeling he wasn't wanted or needed here, he had made up his mind to silently slip out and leave, and now posed the perfect time. I'm better off on my own anyway. Who needs 'em. He thought, patiently waiting for Dusty and Micah to come inside so he could slip out.
