     Cardinalstar shook his large fluffy pelt. The leaders were conversing, some sat quietly waiting for the gathering to begin. As silver moonshine glazed over the gathering of clans Cardinalstar began to get a little impatient. "Shall we begin the gathering?" he asked, his green eyes looking at the other leaders.

Lightningpaw's gaze was on the moon. She began wondering when the gathering will start. She looked back at the leaders, and noticed one of them saying something. She dug though her mind to find out what cat it was. Trying her best to sort the smells, she found out he was a Cliffclan cat. I thought he looked different. She studied the clan leader a little bit more. Oh! He was the deputy of Cliffclan before I was here. Is the leader sick? After a few more moments of remembering what some Vineclan cats told her, she concluded that the old leader must've died. She was told he lived for a long time, and he was sickly because he was getting old. He must be Cardinalstar now. "Cardinalstar must be proud." She meowed to herself.

Other: Lightstep was born with a blessing and a curse. The she-cat's steps are pretty much completely silent from how her paws are made... but due to this, this cat can not stay even floating in water. That is why she fears ever meeting Waterclan.

Gorsestar looked over at the other leaders telling one of them to start.

[Howl at the Moon]

Bonestar yowled, "Let the gathering begin!" He looked at the other leaders, "I will begin." Bonestar stepped forward, "Freezeclan is doing great, despite leaf-bare. We have three new kits, and one new apprentice, Plantpaw. We are trying our best to survive." Cats below him cheered, "Plantpaw! Plantpaw!" He stepped back, nodded to Gorsestar he should go.
(BTW, Plantpaw can be NPC unless someone applies for him.)

     Cardinalstar's eyes narrowed when Bonestar stepped ahead of him ignoring his suggestion. As Gorsestar stepped up to speak next Cardinalstar's tail flickered. It kind of irritated him that other clans thought they were so bold. Looking down at the apprentice known as Plantpaw he stared at him until the cheering had stopped.

Is Cliffclan sort of like a Shadowclan? :3))

(Well I never really thought about that, but I guess Freezeclan is like Windclan, Waterclan like Riverclan, Vineclan like thunderclan, and Cliffclan can be like Shadowclan.)

He nodded and stepped forward. "Thank you Bonestar. VineClan is doing well. We have 2 new kits and plenty of apprentices. We have been smelling CliffClan cats across our border. So just so you cats know, I will not tolerate and if we catch you on our territory I give my warriors permission to attack on sight." He mewed. "But other than that, leaf-bare has brought many burdains. We can survive through this even though food can be scarce." Gorsestar stepped back and sat down looking over at the other two leaders.

     Stepping forward to speak, Cardinalstar didn't intend to give away any weakness. "Cliffclan is doing well, our prey is scarce, as usual for leaf-bare. As of us straying near the border Gorsestar, no cats of mine that I know of would ever cross into another clan's border unless they are provoking it." he lied. "The absence of my clan isn't a matter to others." Cardinalstar finished his speech and waited for the next leader to speak.
