How hard it was out in this world.
These were the thoughts that Saria had as she wandered up and down the dim streets of the city. She was terribly foot-sore, and she was exhausted- even limping slightly, yet she otherwise didn't seem to acknowledge it. Her tail drooped low- as did her ears, yet her eyes were hardened- showing no sign of weakness as she staggered along the side-walk. She had been trying to avoid being in direct view- as she knew dangerous gangs wandered the area. It was sad to say, but hours and hours of exploring and walking really took a toil on the pup, who was still attempting to fight some sort of food. Her great, healthy weight- had dwindled to one the humans would call underweight, and she was beginning to feel just how tired and weak she was. Every muscle, every fiber, every cell was tired- yer she only frowned and continued on her way.
She had to find food- food would mean survival. The dog shivered lightly in the cold, but it didn't bother her that much, her fur still mad her a bit warm. The pup had finally stopped near a store, resting her fluffy back against the wall, and sending a defiant growl to any human who stopped to try and come near her. To her- they were all dangerous, not to be trusted- for they were all cruel. She didn't like humans- some could even call her bitter beliefs a hatred, but she otherwise had been exposed to the cruelty of humans at a young age- and had grown to have an intense dislike for them. She had gave a sigh, moving into a lay- and allowing her head to rest on her paws. Her tail curled lightly around her body, thumping against the ground as she stared lazily at the people and cars passing by.
