Preset Help

I made my friend a preset, but when she uploads it to media fire and shares it, no one can see it when they download it.
I know for a fact she is uploading it correctly, and I've made her other presets that don't work.
And I don't think its me either, someone else made her a preset that failed to show up on her character.
Would anyone know what to do about this?  c:  Isn't there some trick where another person can export it to your account without having to have your password?
Any help appreciated.

So I exported it to her account, but it didn't show up under presets either...  I tried to re-export it, and it still fails to show up.

The way you worded this is confusing. What exactly is her problem? When she sends her presets file to her friends they don't see it or she can't see the presets she downloads herself in her editor or preset maker? I'll assume it's this first bit so in this case:

If she wants others to see her in a preset she must give those others that preset's fhp file.

When she exports the preset through the preset maker to get the fhp file she must make sure to export it while she's logged in with the exact username she registered for. If she exports the preset with any variation of herusername people will not see it. Example:

My username is MorbidDecadence but if I export any of my presets as morbiddecadence they will not work properly. I suggest that she experiments to see which variation of her name is the official one since that is the only issue that causes this. Goodluck

I don't believe either me or her would like to use the preset sync system, but thank you anyways c: 

She types in her username and password correctly, as she always does, then goes to the preset editor and exports the preset.  She then goes to media fire and uploads it.
When other people download her preset, they cannot see it, and only she can see her own preset.  She types her username the same as she always has since she registered, she goes to media fire.com and uploads the file correctly.  I've walked her through the process.  I know she has been uploading the correct file, it ends in .fhp and is the right preset number.  When people go to download and install her preset, nothing shows up in game.
She told me she has tried multiple times trying to re-export it, re-upload, and no one can see her preset after they try to download it.  She says it isn't the username variation, but more likely to be an account problem.
Sorry this problem is rather confusing, I'm not sure how to word it any other way.  :c  Thank you for making an effort, though.
