Sasha

Sasha laid in her cage. Seeing some other animals her ears perked. She crunched some food in her food bowl. After she fed herself she inhaled some water. Hearing a puppy known as Key was rehomed she thought "Enjoy your new home." She couldnt wait to be rehomed.

Okay so far nothing's really happened of importance. There isn't any action (really) and everyone's just derping around. So, I think we skipped two days but OTL I totally messed up on my post. Anyway...your last post was when (Omb I don't remember anyone's character) Bently(?) replied to Kriset's question. It's really confusing with the time skip so I'll start after it. Re-cap: Ryoko (Taylor) was adopted and there's a new character - Chop (Taylors). Tasha (Taylor) is in her cage (after a walk) and is eating a bone. Harley was going to be adopted but he didn't want to and sprinted off. Somehow he found himself with Tasha and like..I guess he was all angry and all. Then, Ranin (my character - she's a feline) waltzed her curious butt over to them and started a conversation with Harley. (You can read it in pages 9 - 11.) Let's see... Idina returned from the hospital but Maydia hasn't posted for her yet. Mayah's character (Key) has been adopted and Mayah made a new character, Sasha. The others are kind of silent right now.

So. I guess you could hop your character around since Kriset sort of..poofed. Remember it's a two-day skip.

Sorry for all the confusion. .o. I am a very confusing person.

Ranin

Ranin's ear twitched, slightly taken back by Harley's sudden harsh words. Love? What does he mean by that? The thought bounced inside her mind, causing her to drift off for a moment. A sharp breeze struck her, causing her to jolt back in reality just in time to hear Harley apologizing for his behavior. "Oh, it's fine," Ranin assured him. She would have said more, maybe even that she understood, but she was slightly afraid of the male snapping again. She didn't want to anger him - he seemed to have been through a lot already. Ears perking at his last comment, she glanced at him for a moment. "...Would you like to talk about it?" She asked, hinting that she was here to listen. She wasn't sure whether he would be sensitive about the topic or not.

Bently

The tri-legged border collie was laying in the back of his walk-in kennel facing the wall. Only recently having awoken from a short nap, Bentley raised his head and parted his jaws in a long yawn. His cropped ears flickered at the sound of his kennel door being opened as one of the staff members slipped in, immediately sending him into a semi-defensive, submissive posture. Avoiding eye contact, Bentley lowered his head, tail tucked firmly between his hind legs as the human worker got closer, probably here to take him out for his daily exercise- a special daily therapeutic workout the staff insisted on to help him adjust to his three legs and build strength. Though physical health wasn't necessarily the thing holding the collie back from being dubbed "adoptable." It was his defensive, frightened behavior around humans- and it was something that needed to be worked on. As the staff member bent down with the leash in hand, Bentley's muscles locked and his muzzle twitched, threatening to bare his canines at the human as a low defensive growl began to build in his throat. Such behavior was quickly scolded by the worker with words only.

 Before the collie could make any sudden moves, the worker slipped a thin rope muzzle around his maw, immediately drawing a whimper of fear from him- although this time he didn't thrash about like a trapped coyote as he normally did out of fear, which was a sign of improvement. Flinching at every move the staff member made, Bentley eventually surrendered and willingly allowed the woman to slip the loose leash. Now that the interaction was over, he felt okay to move as he slowly adjusted to life with humans again. Hobbling along behind the female worker, Bentley limped down the aisle way, barking caged dogs on both sides of him as the two left the kennels and eventually arrived in a small fenced in area with a few small agility obstacles set up- a sight he had been trained to be accustomed to since he was a pup. This was his favorite part of the day. Though he was missing a leg, it didn't hold him back from mindless sprinting and jumping like any other dog, and as soon as he was unhooked from the leash, the handicapped canine was off like a shot. Partly wanting to scramble away from the presence of the human, and partly wanting to simply run again. While his walking gait was awkward and hobbled, when running, he moved just like the other dogs.

We got rain, and bipolar weather. It was about 60/70 today, TOMORROW IT'S RANDOMLY DROPPING TO 40. LIKE WAT. YOU DON'T GO FROM 70 DEGREE WEATHER TO 40 DEGREE WEATHER IN LESS THAT 24 HOURS WAT'S WRONG WITH YOU FLORIDA OMB.

Harley shook his head at her question. "No. I don't want to bring up old memories. All I'm gonna tell is Whisper got the worst of it." He said. He stood up and stretched before sitting back down. "If I may ask, how did you get here?" He auestioned, trying to take the subject off him.

Ranin

Ranin flicked her tail in agreement, understanding why Harley wouldn't want to speak of it. Sympathy flashed in the female's eyes at the sentence of Whisper. As the male stretched, he glanced back at her and asked, "If I may ask, how did you get here?" Ranin was unsure of he was trying to change the subject, but she merely shrugged it off. If he was, there wasn't a big-much of a deal anyway.

"It's a simple story," she started, giving a slight shrug of her shoulders. "I don't remember much since I was so little. But what I do know is that I fell off of the back of the car since the trunk wasn't closed securely." A quiet and short laugh crackled out of her mouth at the faint memory of it. She wasn't sure why she was laughing at it, but she simply brushed it off, hoping Harley wouldn't give her a strange look. Ranin knew not to ask the same question, and instead fell quiet as she stared down at the kennels. Movement out of the corner of her eye distracted her; she glanced over to it and immediately stiffened. "Um, Harley?" Ranin called in attempt to receive his attention. "What are they doing?" She gestured over to a male human, who was carrying a crate in one hand and a strange object in the other. A ball but with an opening hung from the stick. As the man moved closer, she spotted some holes in it, and recognized it as a net. The heck?

A small squeak escaped her mouth as the human headed into their direction, and began to lift up the net. As Ranin studied the man's movement, she realized that he was looking directly at Harley. Harley? What does he want with him? Stiffened in her spot, all she managed to do was shot a worried glance at the male feline beside her. I wonder if he realizes what's going on?
