As a Floridian I can attest to this.
while I do love the beach and go all the time since I live 20 minutes from it, I understand the struggle.  Lol.
I fry like bacon when I go #whitepeopleprobs, and seagulls always chase me down for my food. But I do love the ocean. C3
I hope your flesh doesn't bake too bad while you're there. I encourage you to just look at it positively, because there's always good in every situation,  even if you think your skin is slowly melting off and sand is getting all up in your grill- you've just gotta make it fun! (:

Meh. I sorta kinda like the beach. I prefer to go out there (if I can) during the early morning where A: It's cooler so I don't burn and so the sun doesn't get in my eyes. B: So it's not so crowded. C: Have you ever seen a sunrise on the beach? It's gorgeous!

I also get easily tanned. Which I hate, because I think tans look ugly on me. Oh, and who can forget the paranoia of floating jelly-fish?
