Quit telling her to change her password, she already said she can't!
She might not be able to change her password, but she can create a new account. I think the other users were just trying to help. c:

As for your situation, Rita, I'm terribly sorry to hear about your misfortunes. A few members have suggested a password change, but if this person already has a hold of your account details, then there might not be any point in doing so; you might have luck with creating a new account, though, but since this person most likely has your IP address, it's possible that they could still find their way into your new account. I would suggest PMing a Staff member concerning the issue. Even though your computer is fairly new, it's never a bad idea to run full scans on your computer, because it can pick up malware, even in the smallest of places. Sometimes people can hack into your account by connecting onto a virus that can easily be transmitted through the network. Malware can be sneaky, but if you have a good anti-virus, it should be able to pick most of it up.

As for your friends, I'm sure they'll soon forgive you once you explain to them about this issue. Hopefully they'll realize that you wouldn't ever say the things that the hacker made you say, and forgive you with an open heart. If they don't believe you, you can always tell them to check this forum thread.

I wish the best of luck to you and your account. This incident is definitely a scary one, but I'm sure there's a way to help get things back in order. c:

Now I'm wondering what he/she is going to do next, because I know that they know my password. I tried my best to change my password but it fails everytime. Also, I wondered how I could be banned from the game if they are trying to access it from their computer.

Yes indeed you can. I shall post a tutorial later if you want one. Also, this isn't really needed for the thread, try remaining calm c:

A new account is also an option(aka a new password) for said account. It should be something only she knows and remembers.

She already said that her friends aren't responding, and I assume they either exiled themselves to party, are AFK, and failing that any response at all would probably be a hostile one.

This is a serious issue. Despite me not having experiencing this, I can tell how horrible this is. I'd prefer that there be more information regarding the possibly profane character left by the hack, including screenshots if possible. We need as much information as possible to disprove the vague possibility that this is an evil trick to troll the forumgoers ending in hamsterdancing hate.

Locking this topic before things get anymore out of hand

This should have been brought up to a staff member like myself. Also keep in mind regardless of the situation, you're still discussing a ban on the public boards which we do not allow.

This doesn't seem like a case of hacking at all but rather that someone else probably got your log in info because you weren't careful with it. If there ever was a case of hacking on here trust me Razmirz would know xD But seriously the solution here is to change the password. If your Feral Heart account password is the same as the email password I suggest you change your email password as well. I'm not quite sure why you stated that you "can't" change your password. Is there perhaps an error? Cause you should be able to change your password especially if you still have access to the log in like this. If you need to discuss anything further you can reach me or any other staff via pm.
